3. Subscription and Billing

When you sign up for Ask Geek, you access our expert chat service through a monthly subscription starting at $46/month, plus a one-time setup fee.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
  • Billing occurs on the same date each month
  • Setup fees are charged once upon initial subscription
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.

You may not use Ask Geek for:

  • Emergency situations requiring immediate professional intervention

  • Activities that violate local laws or regulations
  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication with experts
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
  • Commercial use or redistribution of expert advice

8. Limitation of Liability

Ask Geek and its experts shall not be liable for:

  • Any damage, injury, or loss resulting from following expert advice
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Actions taken based on expert recommendations

Your total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
